Dentistry for Children + Orthodontics

I started with this practice when Dr Sultan had his office in another part of Clifton over 8 years ago. It seems the staff of receptionists and hygienists have become money grubbing and entitled and have no empathy for the small children they are serving. I showed up to my appointment with 2 kids 7 minutes past the time of the first appointment. When I got there I realized they did not have my updated insurance information. I mentioned this to the receptionist who suggested I pay full cost of $700 out of pocket before being seen. I said no, I’ll wait for my husband to send the information. This took 10 minutes, which was now 8 minutes past the appointment time for the second kid. At that point when they received my updated insurance, they advised me I was now over the grace period and they would not be seeing both kids and I should reschedule. I asked why and the receptionist indicated that she had already suggested that I pay. I kindly walked out and did not reschedule either appointment. These are 2 small children I dragged in the rain to make it to the appointment, and one kid is 3 years old which takes them about 5 minutes to clean her teeth. I found this stance by the hygienis

My son went in for a tongue tied and lip tied consultation upon arrival we were greeted with smiles. I also noticed a little welcome sign with my son’s name on it which I thought was so cute. They were very attentive and very caring. My son is now lip and tongue released. They made the visit very warming and they made sure I was okay and my son. I recommend this dentist office to everyone!

My kids love going to the dentist. DFC makes it such a fun and positive experience for them. The office is clean, bright and colorful and there’s a fish tank in the waiting area that they love looking at and a touch room with color changing tiles to play in while waiting. They give the kids a little goodie bag with a toy at the end that they really look forward to. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Overall it’s a really great experience. My kids actually ask to go to the dentist!

Great place! Good bedside manner & the dentist always keeps the kids engaged & entertained with conversation while he gets to work. We almost had to cancel our appointment yesterday & our 6 year old was so upset that he wasn’t going to get to go. We found a way to keep the appointment but what child looks forward to going to the dentist?? Keep up the good work!

We absolutely love this office and the staff! We started coming here 8 years ago and even though we’ve moved an hour away, the trek is 100% worth it! Both girls have been through braces and their smiles are simply gorgeous.
